COUNTRY HERB CHICKEN

Nutrient dense comfort food describes this favorite.  A rich panoply of nutritious plant food is combined with naturally raised chicken (white meat), including Idaho russet potatoes, green beans, avocados, mushrooms, and onions.  This full-flavored combination is enhanced with garlic, parsley, pepper, green onions and a tang of dill!

SWEET POTATO HASH

Think hearty breakfast skillet meets edgy sophistication.  With a triumvirate base of clean pork, sweet potatoes, and egg whites, this SPH boasts a creamy coconut and mushroom sauce, a variety vegetable pallet including onions, red and green bell peppers, and spinach, and an all-star herb and spice line-up including garlic, marjoram, sage … and nutmeg.  Oh yeah

 

SESAME GARLIC CHICKEN

This Asian inspired meal features organic chicken (white meat), jumbled in a mix of organic green beans, cauliflower, onions, and carrots, all nestled in a blend of tamari soy sauce and coconut oil.  The “spice rack” includes ginger, sesame seeds, garlic, and black pepper.

 

CHIPOTLE TURKEY SCRAMBLE

The dense nutritional protein of organically raised turkey (breast meat) is “spiced up” with organic green chili peppers, red bell peppers and onions, and a generous shot of chipotle peppers. Whole eggs are tousled into this south-of-the-border experience with a liberal medley of organic tomatoes, onions, and garlic. A hint of cilantro rounds out this satiating meal.

 

 

RED LENTIL DAHL

The first vegetarian meal on our menu, Red Lentil Dahl is a composition of traditional ingredients with some exciting creative culinary curves. The recipe builds from an organic coconut cream home infused with layered garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, fennel seed, red chili pepper flakes … and raisins. To this rich and deep base, vegetable textures are added, including onions, zucchini, and kale. So satisfying.

BROCCOLI CINNAMON PORK

A somewhat untraditional combination of foods and flavors, CBP is a favorite among Elements customers.  Naturally raised pulled pork is braised with a complex of cumin, cinnamon and smoked paprika. A dash of ground chili pepper is added to organic broccoli and butternut squash to round out the meal’s texture and nutritional profile.

BALSAMIC CHICKEN POMODORO

Naturally raised chicken (white meat) is basted in a tangy blend of white balsamic vinegar, vine-ripened tomatoes and onions. This culturally steeped dish is enhanced with the timeless Italian herbal combination of organic basil, garlic, oregano, and rosemary.

MAPLE MUSTARD PORK

This dish joins the pungency of ground mustard seed with maple tree drippings and the natural saltiness of organically raised pulled pork.  Organic butternut squash adds more delicious texture and flavor, with egg whites to increase clean protein.

 

COCONUT MANGO CHICKEN

Magical island foods, organic coconut and mango, share their favored blended texture and flavor with naturally raised chicken (white meat), to this tropically flared dish. A unique blend of spices and herbs are carried to your palette by wholesome cauliflower, and red bell peppers. The hand-crafted spice/herb blend includes garlic, ginger, cilantro, habanero powder, finished by a just-right dash of cinnamon.
